“Students are feeling more confident in class”

“Students are feeling more confident in class with their fact fluency which is making a difference as we navigate through decimal computation currently. One student in particular worked very slowly in math because she did not have addition and subtraction fact fluency. She would miss instructional methods trying to work out the facts. She is now using Reflex to work on her multiplication fluency because she ‘graduated’ into that program out of addition and subtraction. Her confidence is soaring. On timed tests, students’ numbers have increased from knowing between 0 – 15 facts in two minutes to between 9 – 30 facts in two minutes. When given a chance to finish the test after the two minutes is complete, most students have gone from a 70% to at least 80% accuracy.”
