More Kudos for the EL Customer Support Team

Yesterday, a subscribing teacher in Maryland emailed our Customer Support Team about a problem he had encountered while trying to log into our website. Our able Customer Service Supervisor, Carmen Edwards, quickly picked up his email and began to troubleshoot the issue. She gave him two easy-to-follow suggestions for resolving the problem. We got this complimentary response from him afterwards:

"Thank you for your quick response. I will try your suggestions. This is the second time I have utilized your customer service and I think it is excellent. It's as good as any company I have dealt with on a school level or as a private citizen."
