ExploreLearning Customer Support Scores an A+

ExploreLearning user Mary Kost recently encountered a problem launching Gizmos. Through careful questioning and step-by-step guidance, our Customer Service Specialist, Charlotte Wilt, was able to detect a technical problem with Shockwave and help her solve it. Afterwards, Charlotte got this rave review:
