Login/View Gizmo Known Issue

We've just discovered a known issue affecting all users on all operation systems. The issue manifests itself under the following use case scenario:

• User is logged out.
• User views a Gizmo.
• User attempts to view a second Gizmo.
• User is prompted to login (expected system behavior).
• User enters username/password combo and completes login.
• User is taken to his/her homepage. (Unexpected system behavior; user should be taken to Gizmo.)
• If user attempts to view any Gizmo (e.g., via Browse or via a Gizmo Record on "My Homepage") the system prevents user from doing so.

We are currently working to resolve this issue ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in the meantime.

Update: As of 10:00 am EDT 08.24.04 this issue has been resolved.
