AOL Email - Potential Issue

We've had reports that some ExploreLearning users with AOL email accounts (e.g., username@aol.com) are not getting support related and other email responses from us; however, the problem does not appear to affect all AOL users.

If you're an AOL user and have sent us email but have never received a reply, then you may be effected by this problem. If so, please contact us, by another email address if possible (i.e., @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com) or by phone (434.293.7043) so that we take steps to solve this issue.
